The details (the boring stuff)

Perks are given to subsription (weekly or fortnightly) customers only. Our subscription customers' orders are placed a week in advance to ensure you secure your desired market fresh meals before they sell out. This means you need to pause, cancel or edit your subscription before Sunday at midnight for the following week's delivery. Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled any time prior to the cut-off time, however with cancellation perks will also no longer be available. 50% off voucher is given at the average order value of the first 5 orders. A free box is offered to the average order value of the first 9 orders. If a subscription is cancelled, next time you begin one you will start at the order number where you cancelled. Perks cannot be exchanged for cash.

How do I edit my subscription?
Log in here: using your email and THR1VE password. Under the subscription summary there is an edit subscription button. Click this and you can add, delete or swap out any items. Just be sure this is done the Sunday before your delivery is due.

When will the next payment be taken?
Every Sunday at midnight your payment is processed. Orders can be cancelled or edited anytime before Sunday midnight for delivery the following Sunday / Monday / Tuesday.

What happens when I swap out an item?
After you have swapped out an item we will reach out to our kitchen and packing teams with the updated order. Simply ensure the change is made (and saved) the Sunday before you are scheduled to receive the delivery.

What happens to my perks when I change the value of my subscription?
Our perks program gives you 50% off your 6th subscription order and a free 10th order. We calculate the discount on the average subscription order so feel free to edit away and keep up that variety.

How do I cancel my subcription?
We're sad to see you go! Remember - before cancelling, you can always pause a subcription if you plan on coming back to it at some point. Log in here: using your email and THR1VE password. Under the subscription summary there will be a pause / cancel button - click this and your status will change to "paused / cancelled". A confirmation email will also be sent to your email address on file, but if you are unsure please don't hesitate to send us a screenshot and we can confirm.
